The directors will be at the band hall from 10:00 to 12:00, and again from 2:00 to 4:00. Please come to the table (setup outside the band hall doors) and drop your equipment off. We'll take care of the rest. (If you are ill with any upper respiratory illness, pleases stay home, get better, and contact me - we can set up an alternate future time to check in equipment.)
If you cannot turn in your equipment tomorrow because of a conflict, you *must* contact Mr. Benton (john.benton@pampaisd.net) or Mrs. Sed (katie.dutcher@pampaisd.net) ASAP. Any equipment still unaccounted for by the end of May will be considered lost. Instruments will have a stolen item report filed with the police, all other items will have their value charged to your student account.
Please understand I'm not trying to be mean, we simply have to take care of our school property!
